A 12 ounce cut of locally raised Redd Barney Ranch brewery-to-table prime rib with sautéed shrimp scampi. Served with baked potato, sautéed broccoli florets, au jus and a side of creamy horseradish. $24

Mahi Mahi with Ancho chile sauce and pico de gallo. Served with quinoa rice pilaf and sautéed broccoli florets. $20
